The Real Oviedo is a Spanish football club from the city of Oviedo, Asturias region. It was founded in 1926 as a result of the merger of two clubs who had maintained a great sporting rivalry for years in the city: the Real Stadium Club Ovetense and Real Club Deportivo Oviedo. His first and most iconic president was Carlos Tartiere, name given to the current stadium.
